Santorini is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. Blue sky, sun, white buildings, lovely people. We arrived in Santorini on the boat from Piraeus at the end of April 2013. Blue Star Ferries are excellent way to travel between greek islands. It took us around 7 h to get to Santorini after few stops in other greek islands on the way like: Paros, Naxos and Ios. Boat has capacity of 1474 people and garage capacity of 230. We stayed in Fira, because that was the most convenient place for us, just by the bus station, where all the buses departures to every corner of the island.
